Wavecontrol has developed a fast response version of its well-known WPF18 field probe (E-field, 300 kHz – 18 GHz).

This new version features a highly reduced integration time of 4 ms, making it ideal for the measurement of scanning radars.

This field probe has an additional working mode called Max Fast RMS mode, allowing it to capture the maximum RMS value in a very fast and accurate way. Depending on the scanning speed of the radar, more than 99% of the RMS max value can be obtained.
